We are aware of an issue with BGP monitoring that caused several customers to receive false positive BGP reachability alarms.

Some routine IO tuning changes that were applied to servers hosting our internal message bus resulted in performance degradation that affected our ability to process BGP data in a timely fashion. This was detected by internal monitoring, and we immediately rolled the change back.
